Asana & Alignment Masterclass
Master the Ashtanga Primary Series from Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) to finishing postures. Learn bio-mechanically sound adjustments, modifications for different body types, and practical injury prevention.
Teaching Methodology & Cueing
Move from understanding postures to effectively teaching them. Learn precise voice cueing, class sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and how to create a safe, inclusive shala environment.
Pranayama & Breathwork
Explore ancient breathing techniques (Kumbhaka, Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati) to harness vital energy, cultivate mental clarity, and integrate breath-control into your daily teaching.
Yoga Philosophy & Anatomy
Dive into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga). Study practical human anatomy to understand muscle engagement, joint safety, and movement mechanics.
Ayurveda & Holistic Living

Do I need to be an advanced practitioner to join?
No. We welcome practitioners of all levels. All that’s required is a consistent yoga practice and a genuine willingness to learn and transform.
Is the certificate recognised globally?
Yes. Upon successful completion you will receive a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certificate, enabling you to teach worldwide.
Can I pay a deposit to hold my spot?
Yes. You can reserve your seat with a non-refundable deposit today and clear the remaining balance upon arrival.
